Propel Pediatric Therapy

Propel Pediatric Therapy is a participating provider with the following carriers only:

 

• Blue Cross and Blue Shield (EXCEPT Blue Value Plans)

• North Carolina Medicaid

 

If your carrier does not fall into one of these categories, your claims for service will either deny or apply to your out of network benefits, which process at a higher out of pocket rate.

 

We will continue to file claims on your behalf to these carriers. If you have Medicaid in conjunction with one of these carriers, we will file both and Medicaid will process in network. 

 

If you do not have Medicaid, you will be billed for the balance that your insurance states that you are responsible for.

 

You can choose to receive care as a Self-Pay patient at a discounted rate, and monies are due at the time of service. 

 

If you choose to have your insurance billed, you will receive a statement for the remaining balance owed. If you cannot pay the balance in full at receipt of statement, please contact the office and speak with Jennifer, our billing specialist and she will be glad to assist in setting up payment arrangements.
